How did the idea for your business first come about?
I love good times and think every occasion should be celebrated properly! I've always put a lot thought and effort into gifts I buy, and I wanted to make it easy and fun for my customers to do the same. 

When did you have a ‘f*ck-it moment’ and decide you were going to go all-in and start your business?
About 2 years ago, while working at 10pm for a business that wasn't my own.

What were some major challenges you had when starting your business? And how did you overcome them?
Not knowing the balloon industry at all, even the names of products. It took months of training, testing and practicing before I could launch but I loved every second. 

What has been your biggest “pinch me” moment?
I absolutely love working with big brands that share my values. But my biggest buzz comes from speaking to customers who love the gifts they've received/sent. My heart bursts every time.

Starting a business can be gruelling - what keeps you motivated, and keeps you going?
Always going back to my why. Mine is more freedom to spend with the people I love and to earn money by doing things that make me happy.

How do you create a work-life balance?
My week ebbs and flows based on sales. I do heaps of prep so that things run smoothly throughout the week and I have freedom when I need it.
