TOPIC // Mindful Relaxation
Learn the ancient yogic technique called Yoga Nidra (The sleep of the Yogi) incorporating mindfulness. Helen will talk through the ancient technique, explaining the background to the method as well as the benefits and changes you should expect. From there, the session will begin - which will cover mindfulness, the Yoga Nidra technique, sound bowls and forehead massage. After you are feeling mindful and relaxed, there will be time for open discussion for the group, followed by some practical tools to take home and easily incorporate into your daily life (including but not limited to, immediate rebalancing, breathing techniques and visualisation). And of course, it wouldn't be a League of Extraordinary Women event without some time to mingle and connect!
