You’ve launched your ecommerce store, are making sales and you’re ready to take this thing to the next level! If you want to learn about how to drive more customers, increase your conversion rates and accurately measure your results, this is the workshop for you.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • How to increase your conversion rates

  • The integrations, plugins and apps that you need to be using on your online store. 

  • Why your online store is only one shopfront, and what you can do in the real world to drive traffic online.

  • The importance of content, SEO and imagery and how to do this well.

  • What metrics to measure and how.

  • How pricing impacts perception of your product.

eCommerce has levelled the playing field for entrepreneurs and made it easy for side-hustles, but that doesn’t mean if you built it, buyers will come. This workshop will help you take your online store to the next level by teaching you how to grow your traffic, increase your conversion rates and better service your customers.

Attendees can submit their website for review prior to the workshop to be used as real-life examples within the class. Don’t worry, we can black out your branding if you’d like the personalised feedback but still feel a little shy!

She’s developed social media strategies for The Locale Group’s stable of brands (Talulah, Stevie May and Isla), created digital marketing strategies for Dissh, grown YCL Jewels to half a million in revenue in under 3 years, launched Tourism and Events Qld's email marketing strategy for their Hello Sunshine blog and launched digital publisher The Urban List across three major cities.

She’s also written a book on building a business as an introvert that’s been featured in Collective Mag and Design*Sponge.
