LANI PAULI & CLAIRE DEANE Deane & Co

Lani is a generalist with specialist interests (content marketing, curation, telling the stories of small businesses) and is like a pig in mud when it comes to strategy, analytics and being able to see a project through from start to finish. As a results-driven marketing communications professional, she’s led national publicity campaigns for large well known Australian brands. She’s led the charge establishing and building the community (online and offline) for Yelp, and can throw a mean event to bring people together and celebrate.

Claire is a digital marketer, Google analytics nerd and social media addict. She has worked with big and small brands across a range of industries, from fashion to food with digital publishing platforms to yoga studios, education institutions to wedding accessory designers. She’s developed social media strategies, digital marketing strategies for a range of large fashion brands and grown digital publisher The Urban List to 200K visitors, and launched across three major cities.

KIMBERLEY KNIGHT - CEO of Knight Global

Kimberley runs Knight Global, a Copywriting and SEO agency, which has grown at over 50% month on month for the last year. More importantly. Knight has achieved online revenue results which dwarf the investment made by clients and helped train internal teams to make it sustainable. Working with clients as diverse as modelling agencies in Arizona, fashion designers in Calabasas, and a plethora of Australian businesses, Knight has developed an offering based on science, rather than creative intuition. But, the landscape is ever-changing, so Kimberley and the team is constantly testing, measuring and learning.

STEVIE DILLON - Stevie Says Social

Stevie is the owner of Stevie Says Social, a social media business which coaches, educates, strategises and manages all things social media marketing for service-based businesses. In particular, she helps professional services and others that sell their expertise use social media to build irresistible businesses with pipelines of clients dying to work with them.
Her speciality? Selling on social (without being salesy). Producing content with cut-through. Attracting (the right) followers. And converting those followers into true (paying) fans. She’s also obsessed with palm trees.

THE LEAGUE //

If you’re a female entrepreneur or thinking of owning your own business, this Meet Up is the perfect setting to meet other women in the same boat. This is not a networking group – we’re here to have real conversations and make real connections.

What do we mean by real? Well you know when you walk into a room and feel welcome even when you don’t know anyone? Or when you share experiences with someone and they say “me too!”? How about when you share tough times with someone and they don’t try to give you the advice to fix it but rather - they just get you. This is what happens at League of Extraordinary Women events and meet ups.
