Use this rule to live a more invigorating life

“There’s a myth that time is money. In fact, time is more precious than money. It’s a nonrenewable resource. Once you’ve spent it, and if you’ve spent it badly, it’s gone forever.”

You’ve heard it all before, our time is precious and we must guard it with our lives. 5 minutes here, an hour there.

Your calendar quickly fills up with coffee meetings, errands, events and catching up with people.

Before you know it the day, the week, the month is over.

*BLINK* and the year is gone.

So where do you start when you’ve realised you no longer have time for yourself? When all you feel is exhausted and scattered.

Use this rule: It’s either a HELL YES or NO.

When deciding to do something, if you’re not saying HELL YES, then it’s a no.

Because if it doesn’t light a fire within you, make you feel excited or 100% all in, ask yourself - is it really worth your time? Once that moment passes, you can never get it back.

When you start saying no to the mediocre experiences and things that you are *meh* about, it opens you up to opportunities where you feel so much more invigorated and alive.

Tell me the last time you felt HELL YEAH about something and how it completely changed your life. (really loving your email responses so please keep them coming)

Stay peachy!
